Our mission is to inspire the people of Jharkhand
Jharkhand is a land of deep spiritual and religious significance, drawing devotees from all over India. It is home to the sacred Baba Baidyanath Dham in Deoghar, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, especially revered during the Shravan month.
The state is also important to the Jain community, with the Parasnath Hills (Shikharji) housing ancient temples linked to the nirvana of several Tirthankaras.
Other notable spiritual sites include the Bhadrakali Mandir in Itkhori, Devri Mandir near Ranchi, and the Rajrappa Chhinnamastika Temple, a prominent Shakti Peeth. Surrounded by natural beauty, these sites make Jharkhand a key religious and cultural destination.
With a mission to foster unity and support among Jharkhandis in Delhi, the Association organises cultural programmes, legal awareness camps, educational assistance and outreach activities for the welfare and empowerment of the community.
The Jharkhand Association comprises members from diverse intellectual and professional communities, all united by their roots in Jharkhand. Its members include civil servants, doctors, advocates, retired officers, IT professionals, and individuals from various other fields who contribute their expertise and experience to the organization’s mission.
